Please note that there may be a delay in seeing rulings issued by the Horse Racing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) as they have not agreed to electronically submit their rulings and the ARCI is manually entering their information into the central database. We have attempted to rectify this situation but have yet to be successful.

If you are not a regulatory member of the ARCI and would like to see a "rap sheet" on any licensee, please contact Wendy Culberson in the ARCI office at 859-224-7070. There is a $100.00 charge per search to help defray the cost of maintaining the system which is horseracing's only central database of ruling information. Each regulatory jurisdiction is responsible for submitting and updating their information. If you have any specific questions on any ruling, please contact the issuing jurisdiction directly.
